Subject: RTI Application Fee

Adrian, Hi.

On Friday (31 July 2008) a little after 4pm I attended the offices of City
North Infrastructure (Level 30, Comalco Place 12 Creek Street Brisbane Q
4000) in person.  I handed a Right to Information application along with
application fee to Jane at the front desk.  Jane passed this on to you.
When we met in the foyer you had the envelope in your hand as well as the
application fee.  You said to me that CNI do not fall under RTI and that
the application would go straight in the bin.  You also said you could not
accept any money and so I took the money back from you leaving you with the
RTI Application.

Today (3 August 2009) I have placed a $38- RTI Application
Fee in an envelope and addressed to yourself at CNI.  You should
receive this shortly.
