Subject: Construction Schedules and Early Delivery

David, Hi.

I am contacting you to confirm your receipt of my email dated 11 September
2009, and a signed hard copy sent by registered post, titled "Airport
Link Construction Schedules Request".

In addition I have two further questions to you as the CEO of City North
Infrastructure the Proponent in the Airport Link project:

  1. Have you been informed in any correspondence, or meetings, by
     BrisConnections and/or TJH JV or any other party, that the proposed
     Wooloowin site, should it be given approval, could produce, facilitate
     or enable the delivery of Airport Link earlier than June 2012?
    
  2. If the answer to the above question regarding early delivery is "yes",
     have you passed all such information through to the Department of
     Infrastructure and Planning?
