David, Hi.

I refer to your email dated 1 October 2009.

Given that you have indicated that our assessment of an early finish is
ill-informed, then I logically conclude that your desire for the Wooloowin
Worksite is to finish on time.  Your construction time line relies upon
an 01 August 09 start date.  Given that the CG's decision is now two months
after this, it would be logical to conclude that you will miss the completion
date by 2 months.

How do you expect to finish by mid 2012, if you have been delayed 2 months?
