         Delivery

David, Hi.

I refer to my email to you dated 17 September 2009.  I have not yet received
a response, and believe these questions are highly relevant to the Wooloowin
Worksite Modification Request for Project Change currently before the
Coordinator General.  I have included the original questions below.

Original Questions:

1. Have you been informed in any correspondence, or meetings, by
   BrisConnections and/or TJH JV or any other party, that the proposed
   Wooloowin site, should it be given approval, could produce, facilitate
   or enable the delivery of Airport Link earlier than June 2012?

2. If the answer to the above question regarding early delivery is "yes",
   have you passed all such information through to the Department of
   Infrastructure and Planning?
