Subject: Airport Link Construction Schedules Request

David, Hi.

I am writing to you to request "construction schedule" information
in relation to the Airport Link project.  I expect TJH JV are the
primary author of the "construction schedule" but fully expect CNI
to have copies as they are the appointed coordinating entity for the
State.

According to your letter dated 19 August 2009 "Wooloowin Worksite
Modification",

  . March   TJH's geotechnical investigations and anchor installation
            for Ramp C at Kedron identified major issues.             

  ...

  . May     BC/TJH undertake technical and other work for modification
            proposal undertaken.
           
Can you please provide me with:

  1. The original "construction schedule" at close of Tender.
 
  2. The current "construction schedule" should the Proposed Wooloowin
     Worksite be declined.
    
  3. The current "construction schedule" should the Proposed Wooloowin
     Worksite be approved.
     
In addition to the "construction schedule" documentation for 1, 2 & 3 above,
I am requesting a single date summary answer for each of 1, 2 & 3 above.  By
way of example the single date summary answer might look like:

  1. June 2012
  2. December 2012
  3. January 2012
 
I understand approval of the Proposed Wooloowin Worksite may enable an
earlier completion of the Airport Link project overall.
