Subject: Further Information on Anticipated Geological Conditions

David, Hi.

I refer to the Wooloowin Worksite Modification Request for Project Change
document produced by City North Infrastructure.

On p38 of this document two graphs are shown; "actual" and "anticipated"
geological conditions.  In regard to the "anticipated geological conditions"
graph could you please provide the following information:

 1. Who is the author?
 2. On what date was it produced?
 3. What other documents is it a part of?
 4. Are there any drafts?
 5. Is this the only "anticipated geological conditions" graph you are
    aware of?

Note, the questions refer specifically to the "actual geological conditions"
graph itself and not p38 which is a collage containing 2 graphs.
