Macquarie Bank and Deutsche Bank are the GUARANTORS in the AirportLink project.

Currently the KWRA are trying to obtain more information in relation to sections 5.2 and 5.2.4 in a report by URS Australia Pty Ltd which we believe was commissioned by the GUARANTORS and is contained in the BrisConnections Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) in 2008 (~6Mb. Report at around p130).

Specifically we are interested in mitigation strategies provided to, or discussed with, URS in relation to project time overrun at the time of this report.
